Australian Financial Services Licence
AIC holds an Australian Financial Services Licence, setting us apart from other competitors.
This means that we are legally qualified to provide financial services. We can navigate the Carbon Market on your behalf to secure the best price for your Australian Carbon Credit Units (ACCUs).
What we can do
Australian Integrated Carbon (AIC) is one of the few organisations in the Carbon Market that is a principal holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence (ASFL) (wholesale). As a principal licence holder, AIC has complete flexibility in developing sales and marketing strategies to maximise the sale of Australian Carbon Credit Units (ACCUs).
AIC uses a combination of strategies including contracting into the ERFunder optional contracts and selling on the spot-market.

Client Verification
Our ASFL authorises us to provide financial services to Wholesale Clients only, as defined by the Corporations Act 2001.
Most financial services provided by AICFS or its Corporate Authorised have also been designated services under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Act 2006. Under the provisions of this Act, AICFS is obliged to verify the identity of its clients.
Depending on what stage of project development you are with us, we will require to undertake client verification procedures for us to fulfil our obligations.
